π Returns & Exchanges
Because this shop is fully artist-run and most items are handmade, limited, or produced in small batches:
β No returns or exchanges are accepted.
This applies to:

Wrong size/colour chosen by customer

Accidental purchases

Gift purchases

π Refunds / Replacements (Case-by-case)
While I cannot accept returns, I do offer help if something arrives with an issue.
I may provide a refund or replacement, depending on the situation:

Items arriving damaged

Wrong item received

Missing items

Severe postal damage
Please note:

Refunds are not guaranteed

All resolutions are at the seller’s discretion

Untracked mail cannot be refunded for loss or long delays

To keep policies consistent and fair:
